Brian Sharpe

Vice President of Leasing & Construction

Brian Sharpe is a Vice President of leasing and construction at Sharpe Properties. Since joining Sharpe Properties in 2000, Mr. Sharpe has handled the leasing for all of the company’s managed properties. Mr. Sharpe oversees the construction, repairs, and maintenance at each property. He is also involved with our public and governmental relations. Prior to joining Sharpe Properties, he worked as the campaign coordinator for Broward County Commissioner Diana Wasserman-Rubin.

Brian Sharpe is also a Member of the Property Tax Appeal Group, LLC("P-TAG"), which handles property tax appeals for all types of property owners throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County.

Brian Sharpe was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration at Syracuse University. Mr. Sharpe currently maintains a Real Estate Broker’s license, is a Certified General Contractor, and is a Registered Trainee Appraiser (Inactive). He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida (CIASF), and the REALTOR Association of Miami-Dade County.
