Jorge Fernandez

Property Maintenance

Jorge Fernandez handles all aspects of the property maintenance division within Sharpe Properties. Since joining the company in 2006, Jorge oversees a work crew that provides day-to-day property maintenance to all managed properties in an organized and efficient manner. Prior to joining Sharpe Properties, Mr. Fernandez worked at various companies in which he was in charge of various maintenance work crews.

Jorge Fernandez was born and raised in Regla, Cuba, and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
