What is needed to start leasing, and how soon can I move in?
The Tenant Application must first be completed and returned to our office. We can usually provide you with lease terms to review within 24 hours from receipt of the Tenant Application. Typically, once the lease is signed, you can move in right away.

Who is check made payable to?
Sharpe Properties IS NOT the Landlord – it is just the Management Company. Payment should be made payable to the Landlord listed on your Lease.
